Purpose

The K-12 IT Support Staff Symposium provides professional development and dialogue designed specifically for technology leaders, IT support staff and IT classified staff. This symposium will address the many complexities of administering an IT support environment and provide successful models that can be implemented within the attendee's district. Stimulating conversations, job-embedded skill building and resources are the priorities of this interactive day.

Who should attend?

K-12 school institution technology leaders, IT support staff and IT classified staff would benefit in attending this one-day symposium. In most school institutions, the responsibilities of IT support is to facilitate the student learning process and improve administrative efficiencies by providing updated tools, enhanced communication, and streamlined processes inherent in their institutions vision.
