Shipping Charges for Alaska and Hawaii Members

The primary means of shipping used by OETC is UPS Ground, which usually reaches OETC members in the contiguous United States within three or four business days.

New! Lower cost! Beginning December 1, 2005, we are now using USPS for software purchases by Alaska and Hawaii members, primarily because this has allowed us to reduce this cost from $20 per shipment down to $10.

The shipping fee for OETC software packages is $5 everywhere except Alaska and Hawaii, where again, it's $10. There are no shipping charges on backordered items or license-only orders. For hardware orders, actual shipping charges apply.

Instead of shipping orders as they come in, we have experimented with assembling multiple orders into one bulk shipment. Though this results in a delay in receipt of orders, (that is, only one shipment per week or per two weeks) it results in significantly less shipping charges (one shipping fee rather than one per order).
