SMART Readies Licensing Update for Notebook Software
Many OETC members are also SMART customers. SMART recognizes that some customers are confused by their Notebook licensing and has released this notice and accompanying PDF to help clarify SMART Notebook licensing.
A new service pack for SMART Notebook 10 collaborative learning software will be made available soon. This software update will be accompanied by a revised licensing agreement, which will confirm the permitted use of SMART Notebook software.
In advance of this update, the attached letter clarifies the SMART Notebook software license to help you make more informed choices. It has come to our attention that misleading or incorrect information about the use of SMART Notebook software is circulating in the marketplace.
